Directions by air

Logan International Airport is 15 miles (approximately 30 minutes driving time in non-rush hour traffic) east of Bentley. For more information on the availability of flights, car rentals and special discounts, please explore the Logan International web site.

There are several transportation options that can bring you to the Bentley campus or your hotel. We encourage you to make arrangements for a reserved shuttle, taxi, rental car or bus line.

Taxi Cabs

Taking a taxi may be the easiest means of transportation between Logan Airport and Bentley. Taxi cabs are located on the lower level of each terminal at all hours. Several options including station wagons, handicap accessible and credit card taxis are available upon request from the airport. Instruct the cab driver to drop you off at Bentley College in Waltham. The cost of the taxi ride from Logan to Bentley is approximately $40. Please refer to the ground transportation section of the Logan International Airport web site for further information.

Rental Cars

There are several different options available if you are interested in renting your own car and touring the area at your leisure. Logan Airport provides service from eight major car rental agencies including: Alamo, Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and National.  For more information about availability or to make a reservation, visit the online car rental booking section of the Logan International web site.

Public Transportation

While it is possible to get to Bentley using public transportation, we recommend taking a taxi. If, however, you're feeling adventurous and would like to take public transportation, follow these directions:

  1. Take the free Massport Shuttle Bus (#22 or #33 to the Airport T-Station Trains leave the Airport Station every 8 to 12 minutes daily).
  2. Take the MBTA Red Line to the Harvard Square stop.
  3. From Harvard Square, take the #73 bus and get off at Waverley Square (which is the last stop).
  4. Pick up bus #554 and ask the driver to let you off at Bentley. (This bus also runs direct from downtown Boston, with connections in Newton to several other buses. Contact the MBTA for a more detailed schedule.)

Shuttle Service

We encourage visitors interested in a shuttle service, to make reservations with Ultimate Livery at 781.899.6161 or 877.899.6161. AirPorter provides extensive service between the campus and the airport. Reservations and a credit card deposit are required.
